Unlike public scraping websites, PulseRank enforces a strict Zero Public Query Logging guarantee. The URLs, domains, and backlinks you submit to our bulk inspector tools are never shared publicly, never sold to data brokers, and never incorporated into public search indices. Query logs are strictly retained in encrypted Redis cache for your account session and expire according to our standard TTL.
3. Data We Collect
- Account Credentials: Email address and encrypted password hash (via bcrypt/Argon2).
- Billing Information: Payment transactions are handled directly by Stripe. PulseRank never stores full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Telemetry & Usage: Aggregate API throughput metrics, response latency, and concurrency counters to prevent abuse.
4. Third-Party Provider Licensing
We connect to licensed metric providers (including Moz and Ahrefs) using secure server-side proxies. Only target domain hostnames are relayed for metric computation; no user identity headers are ever forwarded to external providers.
